Remember that Wills are sometimes proved\u00a0 a year or two after the death, and sometimes if involved in a court case several years later.\u00a0 The last time I ordered a Will the cost was \u00a310.<\/p>\n<p>TAKE NOTE:- Will&#8217;s are varied in how much detail they have, some can just say eg: &#8220;I bequeath all my belongings to&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.&#8221;signed&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..). They can mention lots of names and possessions but on the other hand mention just the sole benefactor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some online subscription sites<\/strong> also now have the probate indexes in their search facility eg: Ancestry.<\/p>\n<p>WILLS LIST &#8211; see the next page with the details of the wills up to 1940.
